Abington Heights senior linebacker Jerry Langan was selected to the Pennsylvania Sports Writers all-state team in Class AAA.
He was the lone District 2 player picked for the 33-player unit.
Langan made 161 tackles, 116 by himself.
The senior was successful defending the pass, getting 5½ sacks pressuring the passer, and also returned an interception for a touchdown.
