DUI: Donovan Haring, 18, Taylor, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance (DUI), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors and endangering welfare of children after police investigated a vehicle that was blocking the roadway in Newton Township at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 21. They said Haring, the driver, had allegedly smoked marijuana and possessed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police said he had three passengers under the age of 18. Police said a blood test indicated that Haring allegedly had marijuana and other controlled substances in his system.
