Keystone Homecoming Schedule

Keystone College will celebrate its 2013 Homecoming on Friday, Oct. 18, and Saturday, Oct. 19 with events that will welcome alumni and friends to the Keystone campus in LaPlume.

Events will kickoff on Friday evening with a women's volleyball match vs. Immaculata University at 5 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., Keystone will host Alumni Night at the Chef's Table Restaurant. The Keystone Concerts and Lectures Series will present a performance at 8 p.m. by the bluegrass band, "Anthony Hannigan and the Hickory Project."

On Saturday, events will begin with a breakfast at 9 a.m. in Hibbard Campus Center. There will be a guided hike through Keystone's Woodland's campus at 10 a.m.

The annual homecoming parade begins at 11 a.m. on College Avenue in Factoryville. An alumni lunch and awards presentation will follow recognizing the following: Mikal Belicove, '86, Keystonian of the Year; Jim Davis, '79, Distinguished Service to Keystone; and Maggie Calpin Hemak, '09, Young Alumni of the Year.

Other Saturday activities include campus tours and several athletic contests. Keystone will also induct members into the Athletics Hall of Fame during a reception beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the Theatre in Brooks. This year's class includes Bobbie Arvonio Baillie, '05, women's basketball; Keystone College President Emeritus Dr. Edward G. Boehm, Jr., '13H, champion of Keystone Athletics; Robert Keyes,'73, men's basketball; Lionel I. Stanton, '49, football, volleyball, basketball, track, baseball and bowling.
