DUI: Tenika S. Sherry, 27, South Abington Township, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), driving without a license and driving during suspension after police stopped her vehicle at 2:35 a.m. Oct. 11. Her blood-alcohol content was allegedly .168 percent.
DUI: Michael A. Wasylyniak, 19, Scranton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance (DUI) and possession of marijuana after police stopped his vehicle at 12:40 a.m. Nov. 26. Police said a blood test allegedly indicated he had marijuana in his system.
DUI: Wallace Cook, 32, Scranton, was charged with DUI and driving without a license after police stopped his vehicle at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 12 for a vehicle-code violation. His blood-alcohol content was allegedly .173 percent.
Criminal mischief: Police received a complaint from a South Abington Township business owner at 2:04 p.m. Jan. 12. The owner said a friend of a customer became angry about a policy at the business and damaged several signs in the parking lot. The man was later located and agreed to pay for the damage he caused, police said.
Theft: A South Abington Township resident told police at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 13 that someone made unauthorized purchases with her credit card. An investigation is ongoing.
