The Moosic Longhorn Steakhouse and the Scranton Red Lobster restaurants recently joined forces to host a holiday food and clothing donation drive to benefit the St. Francis of Assisi Soup Kitchen in Scranton. The restaurant teams collected more than 800 pounds of canned goods, 10 cases of toiletries and more than 150 new hats, scarves and gloves. Staff members of the Moosic Longhorn Steakhouse served and donated lunch to those in need at the soup kitchen.
