Pie for Breakfast

The Abington Christian Academy will host an all-you-can-eat pie breakfast in conjunction with the 10th annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 8:30-11 a.m. at the Clarks Green Assembly of God, 204 S. Abington Road. The event will feature a variety of homemade pies, including fruit, cream, pizza, quiche and more. Tickets are $7 and $3 for children ages 3-6 and include unlimited pie and beverages. Healthy Heart Fair

The University of Scranton’s exercise science club will host its seventh annual “Healthy Heart Fair” at the Mall at Steamtown on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fair will include free blood pressure readings, body fat analysis, massages and information promoting awareness of heart health and heart disease. A number of student organizations will join the exercise science club at the fair, including the nursing club, Urban Beats Dance Crew, physical therapy club and students in the community health education program. Representatives from the American Heart Association and American Red Cross will also participate.

Breakfast Buffet

Mission Benefit

Reflective Address Markers

The Fleetville Volunteer Fire Co. is selling reflective address markers for the residents of Benton Township. Organizers say that the markers are highly visible day and night, with reflective material on both sides. They are also fade-resistant and will last for years. Abington Heights School District will host kindergarten registration for September 2014, at all four elementary schools during regular school hours as follows:
