Events through Thursday, Jan. 17 are as follows:
- Thursday, Jan. 10: Movie: Shattered Glass: 6:30 p.m. Calling all published (in some way) as well as novice writers interested in journalism. Join us for the true story of a young journalist who fell from grace when it would found he had fabricated over half of his articles. Sponsored by the PA Women's Press Association. Adults.
- Friday, Jan. 11: Make-It, Take-It Craft Time: 3-5 p.m. Drop in for 'Bears Everywhere!' crafts. Ages 3-10.
- Sunday, Jan. 13: LEGO Club: 2:30-3:30 p.m. Love LEGOs? Come build with us. Original creations from this session will be on display in the Children's Area throughout the following month. Sponsored by Teen Leadership Committee. Limit is 20 students. Kindergarten to grade six.
- Wednesday, Jan. 16: After-School Story Hour: 4-4:45 p.m. Theme: Birthdays. The program is planned and presented by two Abington Heights high school students for their Senior Project. Ages 5 to 10.
- Thursday, Jan. 17: Intermediate Gardening Tips: 6:30 p.m. Getting anxious to order seeds and prep for spring? Get some tips from master gardener Donna Zagrapan and be ready to roll! Adults.
- Thursday, Jan. 17: Kaffeeklatsch: 7 p.m. All are invited to join this German language conversation group. Practice speaking and listening. Adults.
