The Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Friends of the National Rifle Association will hold its 21st annual fundraising banquet on Saturday, March 23, beginning at 5 p.m. at Genetti Manor, 1505 N. Main Ave., Dickson City.

In addition to a family-style dinner, the banquet consists of live and silent auctions, bucket drawings, door prizes, and other games and special events. Some of the funds go to local groups, such as high school shooting teams, and youth clubs such as 4-H and the Boy Scouts, to buy firearms, ammunition and uniforms, youth field days as well as supporting the activities of young people and adults just getting started in shooting sports.
