Bob Cullen and Marion Reese recently defeated Joe and Diane Bailey 6-4, 7-6 (10-8) for the A division title in the Scranton Tennis Club's 2013 Mixed Doubles Championship.

In the B division final. Ron and Ann Lehman won five straight games to take the second set and force a third-set 10-point tiebreaker. The Lehmans defeated the team of Michael Beck and Kendra Farrell for the title. In order to advance to the finals, the Baileys defeated Eamon Gibbons and Cierra Beck, to win 5-7, 6-3, (10-4) in their quarterfinal match. They followed that with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Tim Aikman and Ann Conrad in the semifinals. Paul DeLuca and Suzanne Spinelli took a 10-9 lead but Cullen and Reese achieved a 5-7, 7-5, (12-10) victory. In the B division, Beck and Farrell eliminated Jason Sherman and Sondra Lionetti 6-0, 6-1 in one semifinal, while the Lehmans defeated Josh Mesaris and Sydney Schilpp 6-1, 6-0 in the other match.
